utter nonsense

So apparently my sister slipped on some ice last week and fell, hard. shes broken her pelvis and pubic bones in 6 different places and stuck in Good Sam until medicare can find her a bed in a rehab facility, though shes pretty sure shes going to wind up in a nursing home. Shes in pain but doing alright. Its going to be a long time till shes 100%.

We talked about her going into therapy when everything is said and done and shes heavily considering it. Shes gone through a lot since June 2005 and I dont think she knows how to handle everything thats happened to her. I just hope she gets better soon. Im glad well be there in a month and Ill get to see her. I think its giving her something to look forward to while shes stuck in a bed.

My mum and her husband are taking Mike and I to Universal and Orlando while were there. Leaving West Palm on friday night and return on Sunday. Should be fun. I havent been there in well over 20 years. Hah. I feel old now. But it will be Mikes first time to Florida and you cant expect a Brit to travel all the way to Florida and NOT go to Orlando. Its just not natural. lol. Apparently Universal has all the restaurants and not roller coaster rides. Its a shame that the back to the future ride will be closed by then (closes on my birthday) :( I wonder what we can do for those two days??


we bought a house or something


We bought a house. wewt. And its around the corner from Sarahs. Its lovely. Its 4 floors high and has a finished double cellar and a large attic. Mike said it will be 4 weeks till we get the keys in our hands and then the house will be ours. We'll move in June time as thats when the lease to here is up. Its going to be expensive for a while £500 a month for the first few years as we need a loan to pay for the furniture and such . Oh wells, its ours. heh.
