got my letter from the irish goverment with my PPS number on it today, so i guess i really need to stay here now. i also opened up a bank account with AIB. we need to get a joint checking account and decided if we went with the bank hes already at, even if they suck, it be easier then trying to transfer money from my (or his account) with another bank into where we have our joint acct at. i also need somewhere to deposit my paycheck since ireland and england arent keen on cutting cheques to deposit/cash. so yeah i have my own acct and it only took ten days, compared to uhh the 7 fucking months it took in england. im making dinner. well its sitting in the over cooking. its a lamb caserole, since he likes lamb and i think i liked it. heh. if not i can eat the potatoes and gravy. plus we had raviolis and sauce left over from last night i can reheat later on. anyways, we need a crock pot. we like traditional meals like this. plus we like soup. and its easier to make stews and soup with a crock pot then sitting at home watching over a stove. anyways i need to check on dinner and see if its ready. or at least let it simmer till he gets in. |
