found some myspaces of intrest:   thank me if you want. and please please please please please please please please watch the last 4 episoides of arrested developement!!! since this show is on its last legs and should not be cancelled!!!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ okay im in the mood to post, again. i guess this is what being sick does to you and the fact i dont want to go to bed (i fucking hate working earlies) so for christmas i was spoiled. from mike i receieved the most awesomest gifts.. heheh... i got: - 17" flat screen monitor - 200 gig seagate harddrive (hello movies!!) - 512mb xD memory card for my digi cam - a dock for my nano (and he loved his universal dock and we looked like such dorks with both docks sitting side by side on my desk... ahhhh) from my mom i got: - bras and underwear - 2 pairs of size 18 jeans (wooo to losing over 2 dress sizes) - 2 jars of jif peanut butter. (so with the one jar mike brought back from cali for me ive got enough to last me to god knows when.. lol) joanne sent: - a scarf with gloves (though she gave that to me when she was here) - a hooded zip up sweatshirt dad sent us: - $250 in cash for both of us!! granddad sent: - £100 for the both of us. i need to get a hold of him. im going to try tomorrow if not i need to write a letter. his family gave me: - satin pajams from marks and sparks (gina - his mum) - a black evening bag (jennie - 6 yr old sister) - candles (sam - his older sister) and i think his brother gave me something im not too sure - box of ferraro rochers chocolates (his auntie janet & uncle sam) i think i made out pretty well. i was not expecting to get more then a card or something for the holidays and whoa. yeah thank you notes abound. lol. and while he was here we spent lots and lots of time intoxicated. sooo much drinking and eating of pizza, i felt like i was back in ny. lol. nye rocked our socks, even though it was quiet and spent with only richard & sarah. we went to dinner (spent over £100) on eccelsall (i just butchered that) road and the waitress was nasty to us because a) we shared starters and b) sarah asked if she could smoke where we were sitting. but dinner was excellant and we cant wait to go to vitos on south road next time mike and i are back in town. i loved the food. we hopped into a cab back to walkley and went to the freedom. it was kinda boring there. lots of older local people and really quiet. we had a few pints (and i had already started to mix - wine at dinner 2 pints of lager at the freedom and some tart fuel) and headed over to sarah and richards place to count down to midnight. watched something go on in london (let me say, living in the nyc area really spoils you.. and having dick clarck.. nothing like it in the world. i missed watching the ball drop...), took a few pills and chased them with some fine free champagne. lol the night was such a blur (though last night on the way to madchester, i found some intresting photos on my camera phone!!!). we didnt pass out till 7.30am on new years day and sarah was STILL dancing. richard literally had to drag her upstairs. lol. it was a GREAT night. probably the best new years eve ive ever had. plus, according to mike, one his as well. but yeah it was great having mike back here. we all miss him and its just going to suck when i move because the people we all love wont be there with us (even though were TRYING to convince sarah shes good enough to work at google as well...) and its just going to be mike and me. which is fine, but its better when theres more with you. im going to miss sarah. shes seriously the first real female friend ive ever had. shes real. shes not into back stabbing or gossiping (much) about people. shes just fucking cool and its fucking nice to have it. and she wont try to steal my boyfriend or ruin my life which is even nicer. |
